MED · Multi-media production

Four vendors,
or one.

Most campaigns need the film, the stills, the aerial and the design, and most of them get four separate bookings. The chasing that follows is on nobody's quote, and it lands on you.

The coordinating nobody quoted for

Count the people you emailed to get your last campaign shot, then count how many of those emails were about scheduling rather than about the work. Four vendors are four calendars, four briefs, four invoices and one person chasing all of it. One scope, one lead and one delivery removes the chasing, which is the part that was taking the week.

An expert in your own field

Every project we take on is assigned an expert in that project's particular field. A music video, a compliance film and a resort campaign are three different rooms with three different sets of rules, and the person we send already works in the one you are in. That is not a scheduling preference — it is how the roster is built.

MED · 03

One scope, one delivery

The film, the stills, the aerial and the cut are scoped together and shot on the same days by a crew booked as one crew. What comes back is a single delivery, with usage settled in the agreement rather than negotiated after the ad has already run.

Where the work is aimed

Production answers what gets made. What it is aimed at — which audience, which channel, which offer it has to carry — is a marketing question, and on the jobs that need it the two get scoped together rather than one after the other. Where it gets shot is a logistics line in the same document: a campaign is scoped once whether the crew stays in Jupiter or flies.

Where we are, and where that does not matter.

All four divisions — media, marketing, development and cybersecurity — are offered across South Florida, New York and Los Angeles. The map is narrower than that on purpose: it marks where the standing roster is concentrated today, not where the work is allowed to happen.

02 bases · 03 markets

Two coverage areas are marked. Each is described in the list that follows.
  • Jupiter · West Palm Beach

    Florida

Home base — four divisions in one building, and the roster that covers South Florida. The office address is here; the work is not.

  • Los Angeles

    California

The West Coast base — and the one address anything we sell is tied to: the cinema-robotics arms are ours, stationed at a strategic-partner studio here.

Coverage grows as the roster does, and this map changes when it does. One thing we sell is genuinely tied to an address — the cinema-robotics arms, which are ours and are stationed at a partner studio in Los Angeles. Everything else travels: a crew, a kit and a lead go to the job, and a job outside every circle here is a line on the quote rather than a no.
