Who owns
the work.

Marshall Media runs on a hierarchy. Every project carries its lead’s name from scope through delivery, and the roster underneath is screened rather than collected.

Mac Marshall

Mac Marshall went into the music industry at 21, in Los Angeles. Four companies followed.

  1. 2018MoreWave Creations
  2. 2020MCTV
  3. 2021Mac Marshall Photography
  4. 2023Marshall Media

Every one of them ran on one person. Feast or famine, all of it accountable to him, and the jobs worth having out of reach without a team behind him.

Marshall Media is the correction, built from the inside out. Vendors are screened once and then kept working, so the good ones stop living quarter to quarter. Clients get those people without having to go find them.

No software on the market ran an agency the way one should be run, so this company wrote its own. It runs Marshall Media before it runs anyone else. Jupiter, Florida — and outward from there.

What both sides are buying is their time back. Nobody here is building a nicer rat race.

Owns the standard the whole company answers to, and the operating system it runs on.

The seats that own the work.

Most of the people on a Marshall Media project are not on this list — creative directors included. They are on the roster: screened once, then kept working.

What is on it is the inner team. Two of the four divisions carry no director seat of their own, and neither the list nor the drawing beside it invents one.

    Director of Business Development

Owns the work coming in, and stays on it — the person who scopes an engagement is the one who runs it to delivery.

The roster.

Creative directors, cinematographers, photographers, operators, retouchers, strategists, engineers and security specialists. Each one briefed by the lead who signs off on the result, and kept working: a roster gets sharp by being used, not by being long.

How it is chosen, and why it is a community rather than a list, is on the company page.

If that is the room you want to be in — join the roster (opens in a new tab).
