MED · Drone

One crew,
two altitudes.

Aerial is usually somebody else's calendar. Booking it separately is how a shoot ends up with a second weather window, a second scheduling round with the property, and footage that does not cut against the rest.

Two vendors, two weather windows

Count the days between your last aerial booking being agreed and the flight actually happening, then count the ones after it while the edit waited on the file. Almost none of that was flying. It was a second calendar, a second permission conversation with the property or the venue, and a grade pulled to match footage shot on another day.

What the aerial is for

Aerial earns its place when the shot cannot exist from the ground: the parcel and everything around it, the roofline, the build a month on from the exact position it was flown from last time, the move that follows a car out of frame.

Flown on the shoot day

The aerial sits inside the same call sheet as the ground unit and is graded in the same pass. One weather call covers both, one permission conversation covers both, and the edit receives a matched set rather than two shoots to reconcile.

Licensed, insured, permitted

The operator flying is a licensed vendor — Part 107. Around them sits the production agency: Marshall Media carries the production insurance, obtains the location permits any shoot needs, and handles the back-and-forth with the county or the organization that owns the ground. You are hiring a production, not managing a pilot's paperwork.

Water, and what it does to a frame

A property, a marina, a build or a venue reads completely differently the moment water is in the frame, and South Florida is where we learned to fly it — glare, wind off the ocean and light that turns fast, which is a scheduling problem before it is a flying one. That reading travels. Coastline is coastline in Malibu, and the same call gets made over a river, a reservoir or a rooftop anywhere else.

Where we are, and where that does not matter.

All four divisions — media, marketing, development and cybersecurity — are offered across South Florida, New York and Los Angeles. The map is narrower than that on purpose: it marks where the standing roster is concentrated today, not where the work is allowed to happen.

02 bases · 03 markets

Two coverage areas are marked. Each is described in the list that follows.
  • Jupiter · West Palm Beach

    Florida

Home base — four divisions in one building, and the roster that covers South Florida. The office address is here; the work is not.

  • Los Angeles

    California

The West Coast base — and the one address anything we sell is tied to: the cinema-robotics arms are ours, stationed at a strategic-partner studio here.

Coverage grows as the roster does, and this map changes when it does. One thing we sell is genuinely tied to an address — the cinema-robotics arms, which are ours and are stationed at a partner studio in Los Angeles. Everything else travels: a crew, a kit and a lead go to the job, and a job outside every circle here is a line on the quote rather than a no.
