Built to run,
not to broker.
A MM · Termmanaged talent agencyNot a roster you rent. We hold the contract, run the project and put a lead's name on it, so the talent is ours to deploy and the result is ours to answer for. A brokerage hands you a phone number and leaves. in Jupiter, Florida, running four divisions: media, marketing, development, cybersecurity. One screened roster underneath all of them, and a lead who carries every project by name. Every division is offered across South Florida, New York and Los Angeles, with San Francisco next.

Six things, two ways.
Every business needs the same six things. There are two ways to get them, and the choice is where the money goes.

Hire for all six.
Hire six vendors
Then manage six vendors.
Both get expensive the moment you want them good, because marketing a business is a whole other job itself.
Add it up.
Media, marketing, software and security are four separate industries with four separate rooms. This company runs all four, off one roster and one system, and the people in each already work in that world.
- Strategic marketing
- MED · Termmulti-media productionOne brief, every format it has to exist in — film, stills, drone, 3D, design — on one schedule under one lead. The alternative is three vendors and a group chat about who owned the delivery date.
- Social media management
- Website design
- DEV · Termworkflow automationThe parts of a business a person should stop doing by hand: intake, routing, follow-up, the report nobody wants to rebuild on a Friday. Wired once, then running whether or not anyone is awake.
- MKT · Termdigital monetizationTurning attention into revenue on purpose — the offer, the funnel and the maintenance behind both. It is not a growth figure we quote you. It is the machine that produces one.

Screened · then kept working
04 divisions · one room
A cutaway model of a Marshall Media room seen from above at an angle: a green couch and a six-sided coffee table on a black rug, shelves and a plant along the side wall, a floor lamp, and a wall screen carrying the Marshall Media production-agency lockup beside a lime neon. It stands for what the fold beside it argues — a roster is a room people keep coming back to, not a directory of names.

A roster is a decision. Screened for standards and for how someone operates, before a reel is discussed, and the answer is often no. The people who clear it are then kept fed with work that repeats, which is the only reason the same names keep showing up on our best projects.
Loyalty runs both directions or it is not loyalty. Vendors get scope, terms and payment handled like a client relationship.
Creatives and specialists across all four divisions: join the roster (opens in a new tab). Leadership, and who owns what, is on the team page.
How it is run.
There are no individual results.
Nobody on a Marshall Media project has one. The work lands or it does not, and it lands together.
The bar sits on the work.
Never on the mood of the people doing it. A heavy standard does not need a grim room to enforce it.
Clear roles make room for the risky idea.
Improvisation without them is noise with a deadline. Process is what lets someone gamble on the good version.
You read the values off leadership.
Nobody here is taught them. They watch how the room behaves under pressure and take it from there.
What we are for.
Two obligations, held at once. Everything we build internally exists to stop one of them slipping. Both sides are screened for it — a hyper-selective roster, pre-approved clientele only.
- For clients
- Brief once. Scope, crew, schedule and delivery come back as a single answer with a single name attached — and that name stays attached until the files land.
- For the roster
- Work that pays and repeats. Scoped before anyone arrives, with usage and terms settled in writing rather than negotiated afterwards.
The unglamorous part is the whole job: keep both sides fed, indefinitely, without either noticing the effort.
MED · MKT · DEV · SEC
Four divisions, kept apart.
Each division has its own lead, its own roster and its own agreement. A media job does not quietly become a marketing retainer, and a security engagement never appears as a line item under something else.
Read it, or test it.
None of the above is worth much until something is on a schedule. Name the thing and the date. The rest is our problem.
