MKT · Strategic marketing
Everything
is marketing.
Most marketing problems are not marketing problems. They are a shoot, a site and a campaign that were each briefed separately, by different people, against a goal nobody wrote down.

What never went out
Take what your team produced last quarter and put it in two piles: what actually reached someone, and what is still in a folder because it did not fit the channel, the audience or the offer. The second pile cost the same weeks as the first — the shoot happened, the design happened, the approval happened. A plan the work answers to is what makes that pile smaller.

What we plan
Who you are talking to, what you want them to do, and what would have to be true for them to do it. Everything downstream is scoped from that document rather than from a meeting. Digital covers what the plan has to run on — SEO and email included, which is where most of the compounding happens once the campaign stops.

One brief, four teams
Your strategist does not hand the plan over and leave. They stay on the project and brief the media, development and cybersecurity teams themselves, all the way through — so what gets made is checked against the objective while it is still cheap to change. All four divisions work out of one building in Jupiter, which is why that is a conversation rather than a forwarded document, and all four are offered across South Florida, New York and Los Angeles.

Economic psychology, not instinct
The discipline underneath the audience work is economic psychology: how people actually decide under price, scarcity and social proof, rather than how a brand would prefer they did. The strategist who writes yours is 10+ years into it, which is why the plan names the behavior it is trying to change before it names a channel.
Where we are, and where that does not matter.
All four divisions — media, marketing, development and cybersecurity — are offered across South Florida, New York and Los Angeles. The map is narrower than that on purpose: it marks where the standing roster is concentrated today, not where the work is allowed to happen.
The rest of marketing.
