Marshall Media runs social media management for businesses across South Florida and beyond from our office in Jupiter, on Eastern time, Monday through Saturday, so a reply on a Saturday afternoon does not wait until Monday. Those are our hours, not yours — the accounts we run are not all in this time zone, and posting times are set by the audience rather than by the desk. On Instagram, Facebook and Threads, posts go out through each platform's own connection, on systems we run ourselves, so no outside scheduling service holds access to those accounts.
