Decide it
before you shoot it.

Most social content is briefed after the fact — the footage exists, and the strategy is a caption written to fit it. Platform, format and cadence are production decisions, and they are cheapest before the camera comes out.

Count the re-crops

Split your last shoot three ways: what went out as it was framed, what had to be re-cropped, re-cut vertical or re-captioned for a channel nobody had in mind on the day, and what never went out at all. The second and third piles were made once and paid for twice. Deciding first is not a philosophy; it is the edit you do not have to redo.

What the plan decides

Before anything is made: who it is for, where it goes, what shape it has to be in when it gets there, and how often it has to arrive. Creators and talent get briefed from the same document, so what comes back is usable.

Read the platform, not the trend

Two inputs set format and cadence: how people decide — economic psychology, the same discipline behind the strategy work — and how each platform is currently distributing. The second one moves constantly, so the plan is written to be revised rather than to be right forever.

This comes before the posting

Management is the doing: calendars, publishing, community, reporting. It runs on what gets decided here. Buying the second without the first gets you consistency without direction, which is a schedule rather than a strategy — and it works for any kind of business, which is the part people assume it does not.

Where we are, and where that does not matter.

All four divisions — media, marketing, development and cybersecurity — are offered across South Florida, New York and Los Angeles. The map is narrower than that on purpose: it marks where the standing roster is concentrated today, not where the work is allowed to happen.

02 bases · 03 markets

Two coverage areas are marked. Each is described in the list that follows.
  • Jupiter · West Palm Beach

    Florida

Home base — four divisions in one building, and the roster that covers South Florida. The office address is here; the work is not.

  • Los Angeles

    California

The West Coast base — and the one address anything we sell is tied to: the cinema-robotics arms are ours, stationed at a strategic-partner studio here.

Coverage grows as the roster does, and this map changes when it does. One thing we sell is genuinely tied to an address — the cinema-robotics arms, which are ours and are stationed at a partner studio in Los Angeles. Everything else travels: a crew, a kit and a lead go to the job, and a job outside every circle here is a line on the quote rather than a no.
