Questions and answers
What is Marshall Media?
A MM · Termmanaged talent agencyNot a roster you rent. We hold the contract, run the project and put a lead's name on it, so the talent is ours to deploy and the result is ours to answer for. A brokerage hands you a phone number and leaves. running four divisions out of Jupiter, Florida: media, marketing, development and cybersecurity. Four industries that rarely share a room, run as one operation on one system.
How does a project start?
Three doors: start a project (opens in a new tab), book a call, or join the roster (opens in a new tab) if you are the one doing the work. For the first, name the deliverable and the date — scope, crew, schedule and a number come back as one answer, under one agreement.
Who actually does the work?
Our MM · TermrosterOur own bench of creatives and specialists, screened before a reel is discussed and kept working after. Not a list somebody searches when a job lands — the same names, repeatedly, which is what makes the output consistent.. Every project is assigned an expert in that project’s own field — someone who already works in that world — under a lead whose name stays on it from scope through delivery.
Where do you operate?
All four divisions are offered across South Florida, New York and Los Angeles, with San Francisco next. The office is 825 Parkway St, Suite 12, Jupiter, FL 33477, and the work travels — a job outside those markets is a line on the quote rather than a no.
What does a project cost?
There is no rate card, because there is no standard project. Scope, crew and schedule set the number, and you have it in writing before anything is booked.
How do you take payment?
Card, wire, crypto. Fees, schedule and terms are written into the engagement agreement before work starts, division by division.
When can I reach a person?
Mon–Sat · 9:00–21:00 ET. Call (310) 299-0000 or write to intel@marshallmedia.io. Maia works the front desk and routes what comes in.
How do I join the roster?
Apply (opens in a new tab). Screening comes before a reel is discussed — standards, how you operate, whether any of this matters to you — and the answer is often no. The terms you will be asked to accept are stated up front in policies and procedures.
What is Agency OS?
The operating system this agency runs on: CRM, pipeline, contracts, billing, portals and the assistant layer, built and maintained in house. The development division ships the same engineering to clients.
Why are there no client names on the security work?
Because those are the terms, not modesty. References exist; the cybersecurity division arranges them privately, with the client’s permission, once there is something concrete to talk about.
Do you have a store, or memberships?
Both, and neither takes a card number yet. The store went offline with the old site and comes back; memberships open with the account system.
Yours is not up there.
Most of them are not, because most of them are about one specific job. Bring that one. A person reads it and answers it.
